Exchange, Return & Cancellation Policy

At Italian Shoes Company, each pair is a masterpiece, meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans using premium Italian leathers. Most of our products are made-to-order or produced in limited batches.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

Nature of Handcrafted Goods

  • Artisanal Character: Our footwear is crafted using natural leather and manual patina techniques. Minor variations in color, grain, texture, or stitching are not defects.
  • Color Representation: Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and the natural absorption of dyes in real skin leather.
  • Quality Mandate: Every pair undergoes a rigorous multi-stage quality check to ensure a near-perfect product.

 

Strict Policy on Customized Products

Any product that has been customized, personalized, monogrammed, or made-to-measure according to specific customer requirements is considered a Final Sale.

  • No Exchanges: These items cannot be exchanged for other sizes or styles.
  • No Returns/Refunds: These items are ineligible for return or monetary refund.
  • Exception: We provide professional repair or replacement only in the case of a verified manufacturing defect reported within 24 hours of delivery.

 

Exchange Policy

We understand that luxury is defined by the perfect fit. If you have a sizing concern, we offer a one-time exchange facility subject to the following:

Eligibility Window
Exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours to 7 days of the delivery date.

Mandatory "Factory-Mint" Conditions:

·         Pristine State: Items must be unused, unworn, and uncreased.

·         Trials: Shoes must be tested only on clean, carpeted indoor surfaces. Outsoles showing scuffs or outdoor wear will be rejected.

·         Belts: Must not be cut, punched, or altered in any form.

Logistics & Adjustments:

·         Service Fees: All shipping charges, along with applicable labour/handling fees, must be borne by the customer.

·         Price Difference: If the new article is of higher value, the difference must be paid before dispatch. Lower value balances will be issued as Store Credit.

 

Refund & Return Policy

To preserve the integrity of our manual labor and premium material costs, Italian Shoes Company maintains a Strict No-Refund and No-Return Policy for standard and bespoke orders.

No Monetary Refunds
We do not offer cash or bank refunds for "change of mind" or preference.

Refund Exceptions


Refunds are only issued if:

  •  A verified manufacturing defect exists and replacement is unavailable
  • The wrong product was delivered and correct item cannot be provided
  • Order was cancelled within the permitted window
  • Order cannot be fulfilled by us

Refunds will not be provided for

  • Size or fit issues (exchange only)
  • Change of mind or preference
  • Delays caused by courier partners beyond our control
  • Minor aesthetic variations inherent to handmade goods

 

Cancellation Policy

As a "Made-to-Order" brand, our production begins immediately following your commitment.

Order Finality
Once an order is confirmed via our Concierge Consultation Call and the mandatory advance payment is processed, the order is considered final.

Limited Occasions
Orders placed during festive sales (Diwali, Christmas, etc.) or special marketing offers are strictly non-cancellable.
